Kaiser Permanente's BrokerNet offers the resources needed to support brokers with new and existing clients.
Working closely with Kaiser Permanente's interactive group, Issimo was retained to create a new design and user experience for KP Brokers.
As an information portal, the site is very text heavy, which can seem burdensome for end users. Our plan for the UI was to create a site design that was more fluid and open.
Issimo designers created a layout that used visual cues, such as lifestyle imagery, graphics and iconography to make individual features and page content more organized and user friendly.
The new BrokerNet provides KP Brokers with a single solution at their fingertips.
